ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. We process orders within 1-3 business days, then you'll receive a tracking number by email.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $30. Orders under $30 have a flat shipping rate of $4.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We're working on expanding to other countries soon — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
First, check with neighbors and around your property. If it's still missing, email us at contact@furpop.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll help you locate it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at contact@furpop.co as soon as possible with your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you or your pup aren't in love with the product, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@furpop.co with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — except in cases of damaged or defective items, where we cover everything.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Just email us within 30 days and we'll help you swap.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at contact@furpop.co within 7 days with photos or a video. We'll send you a replacement at no cost — you won't even need to return the original.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 days to post it to your account.
PRODUCTS
Are your products safe for all dogs?
Our products are designed to be safe for dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, every dog is different — always supervise your pup, especially during the first few uses. If your dog has any specific health conditions, consult your vet.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page has a detailed size chart to help you choose the right fit. When in doubt, size up — adjustable straps make it easy to dial in the perfect fit.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our silicone and stainless steel products are dishwasher safe (top rack). Check the specific product page for cleaning instructions.
What materials are your products made from?
We use food-grade, BPA-free silicone, stainless steel, and pet-safe fabrics. Every product is tested for durability and safety.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured overseas and shipped from our fulfillment center to ensure affordable pricing without compromising quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
100%. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, the most trusted e-commerce platform in the world. All transactions are encrypted and your payment info is never stored on our servers.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! Sign up for our email list at the bottom of any page to get exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and dog parent tips.

Do I need to create an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes tracking orders and re-ordering faster.
How do I contact customer support?

Where are you located?
FurPop is operated by Optimalbid Ltd., based in Ramat HaSharon, Israel. We ship to customers worldwide from our fulfillment center.
